Yellow Bull Plan Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

  • Yellow Bull Membership is open to all holders of a valid Singapore driving license.
  • Coverage Area is Singapore Islandwide
  • Yellow Bull Membership is personal, non-transferable, and is tagged to the Car Plate number and not the Member.
  • Members must be present at the breakdown location for Roadside Assistance Services (RAS) to be rendered.
  • Members are entitled to a fee waiver of RAS*, inclusive of standard towing up to two (2) times per membership year, for Singapore private-registered passenger cars with valid road tax.
  • Add-on fees are applicable for all non-standard tows (even if the tow is rendered to cars not listed in certain car makers and/or within the first two (2) usages of RAS).
  • Towing (both standard and non-standard) is chargeable for certain car makers, even if the tow is rendered within the first two (2) usages of RAS.
  • The bonus perks: free car battery (1-year warranty), 1x car servicing, or 1 set of rear brake pad/ front brake pad benefit is only provided upon insurance renewal through Yellow Bull. (Members can choose either benefit provided.)
  • The provision of membership services and RAS is subject to Yellow Bull's Constitution, Terms & Conditions & Service Policy, which Yellow Bull reserves the right to revise at any time without prior notice.
  • Members' benefits are available after three (3) working days upon receipt of the membership application.
  • Membership Entrance Fee and Subscription paid are non-refundable and are subject to change without prior notice.

* RAS are rendered for cars that cannot be driven due to mechanical or electrical failures.

^ Standard tow refers to the use of the tow-truck's recovery fork to lift the 2-front wheels of the passenger car off the ground.

+ Certain car makers refer to BMW, Mercedes, Range Rover, Peugeot, Subaru, Audi, four-wheel (all-wheel), and rear-wheel drive.

+ We do not provide towing services for certain car makers such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Daimler, Ferrari, Hummer, Lamborghini, Lotus, Maserati, Maybach, McLaren, Pagani, Porsche, and Rolls-Royce.

Declaration and Authorisation

  • I/We have read and agree unconditionally to be bound by Yellow Bull's Constitution, Terms and Conditions, and Service Policy, and understand that Yellow Bull reserves the right to reject any application in its sole discretion without giving any reasons.
  • I/We certify that the particulars and information furnished herein are true and accurate.
  • I consent to Yellow Bull accessing, collecting, using, and disclosing my personal information to verify my identity and membership with Yellow Bull and in connection with the carrying out of such RAS. I also consent to Yellow Bull communicating with me to carry out the RAS.
  • When I attend any contests, activities, or events organized by Yellow Bull Pte Ltd, I authorize and give consent to Yellow Bull, its subsidiaries, and partners to use photographs or video images taken at contests, activities, or events in which I have been captured. The image(s) will be published in Yellow Bull's magazines, annual reports, yearbooks, websites, press advertisements, and also in connection with any of Yellow Bull's business partners 'publicity purposes.
  • I authorize and give consent to its subsidiaries and partners to communicate with me in respect to this application and membership services, including benefits, insurance, campaigns, promotions, activities, and events via post, email, SMS text messaging, and /or telephone. I reserve the right to opt out of such communications if necessary.

Service Policy

Free Roadside Assistance Services (RAS) is only rendered to Singapore-registered private passenger cars with valid road tax and/or day license that cannot be driven due to mechanical or electrical failure up to two (2) times per year in Singapore to Yellow Bull members. Members must show a valid Yellow Bull Membership to the recovery crew and be present at the breakdown location for service to be rendered.

RAS provided cover the following:

  • Restarting
  • Standard towing, where standard towing refers to the use of the tow-truck's recovery fork to lift the two front wheels of the passenger car off the ground.
  • Changing of flat tyres (replacement with member's spare tyre)
  • Petrol top-up (cost of petrol not included)
  • Battery replacement (cost of battery not included)
  • Add-on fees are applicable regardless of the number of prior uses of RAS.
  • Members are required to bear any fee incurred in the course of attending to their cars, ie. Car park fees, ERP charges, entry fees (eg, Into Sentosa), etc. Towing services may nonetheless be chargeable under certain circumstances.
